The " Residence NOBEL " has 35 unfurnished apartments of which 16 are studios (one room) and 19 are two-room apartments.
All of these lodgings include bathroom, a kitchenette complete with cooking surface of 2 electric plates, a refrigerator, under-the-sink cabinet. An interphone for front entrance communication, 2 telephone wall jacks, a TV antenna jack, and a computer jack.

The " Residence CHURCHILL " has 92 unfurnished studios, which are equipped with the same advantages as those of the " Residence NOBEL " ; and which have in addition above-the-sink cabinet, an electrical hook-up for washing machine, a full-sized closet, and a triple door lock.
Both buildings have an elevator, a basement parking area. A house keeper is living on the place.
Both buildings offer its residents comfort and space.

Ademas, el bloque se encuentra cerca de vàrias universidades.

Was ich gut finde ist, dass die " Residence Churchill " so zentral liegt.
Ob ich nun ins Stadtzentrum will oder nach Kehl, länger als eine Viertelstunde brauche ich nicht. Und zur Uni gehe ich zu Fuss.
