OUR RENTAL FEES
For general information the floor surface dimensions of the lodgings can vary slightly. The monthly rent (all charges and optional equipment included) for the apartments described herein are as follows :
.To notice that electricity (heating – hot water – electric plates) and insurance of the lodging are not included in that rent.
All of the lodgings are accepted by the APL, (Personalised Lodging Assistance) program of the French Government.
It can amount to about 130 Euros but also more, which considerably reduces your rental amounts (near the half).
A deposit equivalent to 2 months rent (excluding charges) is required at the signature of the rental lease
OUR RENTAL CONDITIONS
For foreign students (who have no guarantor living in France), 2 possibilities :

1 : Either furnish us a deposit in the amount of about 1600 Euros (representing 5 months rent), on demand from an international bank which has primary responsibility for emitting the deposit (not an Intermediary bank which must go back to the emitting bank in order to effect payment should it become necessary.

2 : Or furnish us with a deposit of checks or cash representing 5 month’s rent (about 1600 Euros).
